As we were living out of town, we wanted a reputable building company to guide us through the process of building. We asked around town and Gavin Papworth’s name kept coming up. From start to finish Gavin and Serina have been great to deal with. Although we had unavoidable disruptions brought about by Covid lockdowns, nothing seemed to be a problem. Gavin sorted any issues from start to final sign off and the house was completed in good timing. Gavin’s local knowledge with contractors and the council was crucial in the smooth running of the original project plus the extra carport and groundworks we requested.
